How long does it take to make a custom casket?
We have been able to order and have a custom casket within 24 hours, but do not like to rush the process. Once a casket is ordered we will immediately begin to process the request, most caskets can be completed within a 3-4 days and then shipping will take place. We will be in direct contact with the person ordering the casket throughout the process.
How is delivery arranged?
The caskets are wrapped and packaged in a taylored shipping container that will protect the casket during transport. Casket Royale will arrange for the most dependable and cost effective way to ship the casket to it's destination. Once the order is placed, and we know what timeframe we will need to operate within, we will begin to gather several quotes for land and air shipment.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping cost will depend on the amount of time we have (rush shipment or 2-3 day shipping allowance). More shipping options may be available depending on the location of the shipping destination, and proximity to our main office.
Are all sales final?
Due to the nature of custom making caskets, each order will be final at the time of confirmation (payment).
Do you carry larger caskets?
Yes, we have several size variations in oversized caskets and can customize these also. Limitations regarding the hardware (handles) will be specified within the site.
